I am a passionate and energetic learning and development leader that fell into L&D by happy accident and it was the best thing that could have happened. As a result I’ve made it my professional mission to ensure that every employee I interact with on any level of the organization has a lasting and impactful impression. My secret to that comes from a blend of possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, team mentality and a beginners mindset and that we are all beginning somewhere in our journey.
